Terms of Service
Follow Suit is a card table for you and your friends. Using it means agreeing to the few rules below.
The service
Follow Suit lets you play card games in your browser, alone or with others, with or without an account. It's provided as-is and as-available: we work to keep it up and to keep your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service or that nothing will ever be lost, and we're not liable for damages arising from using it, to the maximum extent the law allows.
Playing fair
Don't cheat, exploit bugs for advantage, harass other players, disrupt games, or attack the service itself. Pick a display name you'd show your grandmother. We may remove games, restrict access, or delete accounts that break these rules.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password to yourself. You can delete your account from the account screen. That removes the account, its username, its friends and everything synced to it at once, and it cannot be undone. Payment records stay with our payment processor, Stripe, as the law requires. If you would rather we did it, email followsuit.games@gmail.com from the account's address. We may delete accounts that are used abusively.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are one-time: a Member or Supporter account is yours for good, with nothing that renews. If you change your mind within 14 days, email followsuit.games@gmail.com from the account's address and we will refund it, no questions asked. A refund returns the account to what it had before that purchase.
Changes
The games and features may change as Follow Suit grows. If these terms change, the new version will appear at this address with a new effective date; continuing to play after that means accepting the new terms.
